Design Stage
By requesting a quotation one of our design team will contact you to arrange a convenient time to call and discuss your requirements, a daytime or evening visit can be made as long as there is daylight. This is to allow us to accurately evaluate your exact site conditions and include precisely what will be needed.
We will discuss your ideas give you the benefit of our experience and knowledge to achieve the best possible design and specification for your needs. At this point we take a digital image of your home so that as part of the detailed quotation that will be sent back to you, you will be able to see an enhanced photo image of your proposed conservatory superimposed on the image of your home.
We do not allow high pressure selling techniques and we want you to be relaxed and comfortable so that you can make your decision to purchase in your own time and at your own pace.
Survey Stage
Once you have placed your order and agreed the specification we then appoint a surveyor who will visit your home to take very accurate measurements for final manufacture. From this a set of scaled plans will be produced. He will also make any planning applications that will be required and see all the paper work and drawings are prepared to the standards required by your local authority.
When our surveyor has provided all the details for us to manufacture your conservatory we will contact you to arrange a convenient start date. It really is that easy.
